We have a 14 day "no quibble" money back guarantee, as long as the goods are returned safely to us in their original packaging, with all Isles of Avalon labelling still intact and attached.  Please contact us before returning any goods to receive a returns number.  Please also note that any postal/insurance charges for goods returned will be at the cost of the sender.
